Burger was a roast pumpkin, eggplant, and haloumi burger with sundried tomatoes and pesto aioli, from Monica’s Cafe in Maleny, Queensland, Australia. Holy wow. The veggies were moist and full of flavour, the haloumi was salty-good, as always, and the pesto aioli was tangy and delicious. 9/10! Only missing out on a perfect ten because it was way too huge to fit into any respectable person’s mouth. YUM!”
